I have some complex issues (class 3 malocclusion with asymmetry) and the staff always know what to do and referred me to a very credentialed jaw surgeon. Dr. Ortega and her assistants are always very friendly and helpful, so I've only had positive experiences here. They take the time to explain everything being done to your teeth to keep you informed just in case you want to ask any questions.
